Job Description
Coordinating the recruitment process from beginning to end:
- Following up the existing Recruitment plan.
- Sourcing potential candidates by using different recruitment channels.
- Headhunting.
- Designing and posting job Ads.
- Screening resumes.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Following up Interviewing process and interview assessments.
- Following up with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinating with departments' managers to forecast the hiring needs.
- Coordinating with managers and heads to select the most qualified candidates.
- Editing and updating job descriptions.
- Checking references if needed.
- Composing job offer letters.
- Coordinating new hires requirements with the concerned departments before hiring date.
- Conducting recruitment analysis.
- Update recruitment database.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM with Friday and Saturday off.
- Head Office: 5th Settlement, New Cairo.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment.
- Previous experience in Real Estate companies is highly preferred.
- HR Certificate is preferred.
- To have professional connections.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- To be excellent in English.
- Professional and active user of recruitment channels and networks.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Time Management skills.
- Punctuality.
- To be presentable.
