3Sixty, a leading digital dental solutions provider, seeks a Data BIS & IT Manager to join the team.
Position Purpose: The Data BIS & IT Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s data & IT centers.
High Level Duties:
• Direct the information and data integrity of the
company and its business units.
• Ensure the security of the information systems,
communication lines, and equipment.
• Develop standard procedures for system purchases,
services, security, disaster recovery, etc.
• Perform operational risk assessments and implement
mitigation solutions.
• Identify emerging information technologies to be
assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the
company.
• Operations-wide auditing and reporting protentional
risks.
• Direct the department’s resources to achieve the
commercial and technological goals.
• Meet and coordinate with internal and external
stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and
requirements
Job Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of computer systems.
Ability to explain technical information in understandable language to nontechnical employees
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer-related field required; Masters degree desired.
- At least seven years of related computer experience, with at least three in management roles.
