Job Description
Accountabilities:
Data Management:
- Collect, input, update, and maintain employee data and records in the HRIS database.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by conducting regular audits and quality checks.
- Handle Mass actions such as data entry, data imports, and data exports as needed.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports using HRIS tools and software.
- Customize reports to meet specific user needs, including formatting, layout, and interactivity.
System Integration and Automation:
- Integrate HRIS with other internal systems and applications, such as payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements within the HRIS.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, features, and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and user experience enhancements within the HRIS.
- Proactively propose and implement system enhancements or upgrades to improve HRIS functionality and usability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in HRIS Management are a plus.
- 1 -3 years of experience in the same field.
- 1 year of experience in HR Operations is Must.
- Previous experience in HRIS Consultation is preferable.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including HRIS administration, data management, and reporting.
- understanding, addressing, and fulfilling the needs and expectations of customers / End users.
